Dear All,
RE : 1) RENEWAL OF FORWARDING AGENTS LICENSE (BRANCH)
2) DECLARATION OF TRANSLOADING ACTIVITIES BY ELECTRONIC
For Item 1
All company who wishes to renew the forwarding license for their branch must follow the procedures below:
1) Must have the premises/office for the branch applied accompanied with the full address including telephone and fax number.
2) Must attached the photostat copy of KAAK certificate for 2 persons – managerial level and non-executive.
For further details please refer to memo from Customs Port Klang.
For Item 2
The declaration of transloading activities by electronic will take effect on 1st August 2006.

The detailed procedures and explanations of the declaration are attached with this memo.
